I am back with the easiest and flameless breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
- Red Flattened Rice( Aval/ Poha) - 1 cup
- Palm sugar or Jaggery powder - 1/5 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Fruits of your choice
Method of Preparation:
- Take the flattened rice in a bowl, rinse it once or twice slightly with clean water.
- Add 1.5 cup of water to this and let it soak well for 15 minutes. This allows the rice to get softened and moistened well.
- Add the sugar and mix it with a spatula or spoon.
- Add cut fruits and/ or dry fruits of your choice. Serve fresh for a delightful morning! 😊
